You deserve someone you can trust.

  • I can easily say that without Laura’s constant encouragement, willingness to try just about anything, and her excellent recommendations we would not have made it through. One of the best things about Laura is that while she keeps up to date on all of the newest lactation research and support she doesn’t force anything on you: she guides, gives supports, and does her best to battle Mother Nature but ultimately lets you decide what’s best for your family. If you or someone you know is pregnant I cannot recommend more meeting with Laura either during a parental appointment or shortly after birth. Coming home can feel overwhelming, but having a friend and advocate in our corner can help tremendously. Our family is incredibly blessed that Laura came into our lives and I am so happy to now call her a friend.

  • Working with Laura made my postpartum experience so much better! When I found out that my newborn had lost too much weight after birth, Laura jumped in right away and was able to not only calm me down but figure out a way to ensure my baby was getting enough food in the short-term. Throughout my time working with Laura, she was not only able to give me simple instructions about how to increase my supply, how to set-up a manageable breastfeeding routine, and how to eventually incorporate pumping, but she also provided me with a ton of links/resources that were helpful throughout each phase. Every interaction with Laura also made me feel much more confident and much less anxious. As a first-time-mom, I've had multiple moments of feeling extremely overwhelmed but Laura was so kind and encouraging through all of our interactions. I'd recommend her to any mom in the area!

  • "Laura is the best at what she does and she will be there for you! Not only has she been a resource for the fundamentals of breastfeeding as a first time mama but, she’s been a huge source of encouragement through it. I would have given up trying to breast feed in the early newborn days without her. Now, no more pain and baby is happy, healthy and fed! ALL new mamas should work with her. No matter your breastfeeding journey, she’s going to change your postpartum experience for the better. I’m proof! 🫶🏻"

  • "Laura Silva was the saving grace I needed during my breastfeeding and pumping journey. I wish I could have hired her with my first child, but am so grateful we connected with my second. Initiating breastfeeding is incredibly difficult for most moms and she graciously guided me in how to encourage my baby to latch and feed properly so he could gain weight. Even when I made the difficult decision to pump exclusively, Laura provided non-judgmental guidance on how to increase my milk supply and pump the milk my baby needs to grow. Her knowledge and advice was so appreciated and I have already recommended her to friends. Thank you, Laura! "

  • "Laura has been so helpful with my breastfeeding journey. When I reached out to her I wasn’t having issues with breastfeeding but was encouraged by family members to see one just to make sure all was well. Laura was super quick to respond and was able to get me in immediately! The most valuable part of seeing a lactation consultant is doing weighted feeds and being able to accurately track your little one’s weight. Laura made me feel so comfortable and supported every time that I saw her. Most people don’t know but a lot of insurance companies cover roughly 6 visits for a lactation consultant to come to your house! If insurance covers it why not? Laura is the best of the best, she has so much knowledge and really tailors each visit to your needs. Having the extra support from a lactation consultant during postpartum has been invaluable. "

  • "I really enjoyed being able to see how much she actually ate from each breast and your knowledge. I definitely felt comfortable talking to you or asking you questions. I did like how every time you had feedback or ideas they were different so I could try different things to help me out."

  • "I drove 3 hours when I was 37 weeks pregnant just to have Laura as a lactation consultant! She is the most knowledgeable person when it comes to breastfeeding hands down! The first week I had my baby I was very frustrated and could not get Kate to latch I FaceTimed her and she helped me calm down and walked me through step by step! I reached my breastfeeding goal and never had to supplement. I will of course be using her again for all of my future breastfeeding journeys!"

  • "Laura is so sweet, patient and knowledgeable! She helped me before my daughter was born on how I could express colostrum and how to better prepare for breastfeeding. She was so helpful! And I was super thankful to have collected colostrum because my daughter needed it while they monitored her in the nursery after birth. Highly recommend!
